The Leg Extension/Curl Attachment is built to elevate your leg workouts and effectively targets your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. Made from high quality steel and durable padded cushions, this attachment is designed to integrate seamlessly into your Inspire Fitness bench thus increasing your workout variety. With a built-in weight horn, you can increase resistance and build strength by adding weight plates to the attachment. You can also integrate this attachment into your Functional Trainer's weight stack, with the Leg Conversion Kit (sold separately), for added resistance.
