Each attachment is compatible with any home gym cable pulley system with 1 or 2 pulleys. The kit includes a Dual Hook Straight Bar, Dual Hook Curl Bar, Triceps Rope, Multi-Purpose Belt, Sports Handle and Ankle Strap. They are made with high-quality, commercial-grade components. The thick, braided nylon of the triceps rope and the steel tubing for the bars are durable and built to last.
